Auberge Rozendal offers sixteen en-suite rooms, each with a private patio boasting views across the valley to Cape Town’s Table Mountain. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities and breakfast is served on the Manor House terrace. Family rooms are also available.

Plumbago cottage offers a self-catering option for those who prefer a more homely stay. There are two bedrooms (sleeps 4), complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, patio and a sauna for deeper relaxation.


Rozendal’s preference for natural ingredients and health over preservatives and additives has led to the makings of a range of interesting botanical vinegars that can be bought directly from the farm or from various retailers distributed both nationally and internationally. Traditional French Orleans methods are used in the making of the vinegar and herbs are carefully selected for their culinary and health properties.

The range includes Fynbos vinegar (infused with Buchu, Honeybush, Wild Rosemary and Wild Olive), Green Tea vinegar (infused with Green Tea, Chilli, Carob, Lavender, Kelp and Bay leaf), Lavender vinegar, and Hibiscus vinegar (infused with Hibiscus, Elderflower, Vanilla and Rosehip).
